Hi! I’m Caeleigh Kinch.

Construction budgeter by day and professional baker by night.

I started baking with an easy bake oven and later graduated to a real oven. Not everything I’ve made has been a success. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it right. Once I get that recipe right though then I love to experiment, improve flavours, and try new designs. 

I have a few other skills that I’ve acquired over the years that I like to incorporate into my baking. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and I’ve studied art since I was 6. These skills have greatly enhanced my repertoire. I can’t wait to come up with many more interesting combinations of my three passions.

I love constantly improving my skills and becoming better than I was yesterday. All it takes is consistent practice and I seriously love a challenge.
