By day,  I work as a construction budgeter; by night I’m a professional baker with a love for thoughtful design and creative challenges. My baking journey began with an easy-bake oven and eventually graduated to a real one – along the way, not every attempt was a success, but each one taught me something new. I believe the best recipes and designs are shaped through patience practice and a willingness to try again.

Once I land on a recipe I love, I enjoy refining flavours, experimenting with techniques , and puhing designs further. My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a lifelong study of art, both of which deeply influence how I approach baking. These disciplines have shaped my eye for structure, balance, and detail, allowing me to create desserts that feel both intentional and artistic.

I’m always striving to improve—learning, refining, and becoming better than I was yesterday. With consistent practice and a genuine love for a challenge, I’m excited to keep exploring new ways to blend my passions into meaningful, beatifully designed desserts.
